Timothy Caughey (TC) directed subcontractors to build a 30' rear dormer for us. They framed it all out and finished off the roof and siding. TC was responsive and fixed a few things that framers had disrupted, such as broken patio cement blocks and wrongly installed window hinge. He also made sure some framing was fixed that prevented a town inspection from passing. Overall, TC made sure everything met our satisfaction. Most importantly, he was most responsive to working with our budget! The project would not have even started if it were not for his understanding of our budget requirements. Everyone who came in afterwards to see said they did a great job on the framing!
