I hired them based on reading the online reviews but it turned out to be a terrible experience. After numerous mishaps, mistakes, and delays I found out that the workers in my home were unlicensed subcontractors. After they flooded my home and punched two holes in one of my walls by mistake, the foreman disappeared. I tried to cancel working with them but the company owner told me that would not be possible because he already advanced all the payments I gave him to the subcontractor who disappeared. Instead, the owner promised to send his "own" workers to finish the job in one week, but instead, he replaced them with self-described temps. Those guys seemed inexperienced with basic tasks like painting or installing fixtures straight. They damaged many of the expensive items I purchased and left a horrible mess for me to clean every day, despite the owner telling me that they would be stellar compared with the first team. One worker did a decent job at tiling but ended up having to rush through completing multiple rooms by himself because the others had to move on to other jobs according to them. They also kept complaining that the owner was rushing them every day so it's unclear if they could have done a better job if they were not being rushed. I'm left with doors that were not hung properly and won't close, uneven tiles, bad paint jobs, grout smeared all over my tiles, a non-working radiator in one bathroom, and one that couldn't be installed where they insisted I place it, in another bathroom, and damaged my fixtures among other problems. They opened my closets and threw dirty rags, nails, paintbrushes, and other debris into them. The owner rarely was on site. When the one remaining worker left without saying goodbye as he usually did, I called the owner to find out if he was finished for the day and I was told that he was finished with the job and not coming back. He said the worker told him we did a walk-through and that I was satisfied, but that never happened. I have had so many types of contractors in my home over the years and never had such problems. They worked on two bathrooms, a basement, a bedroom, and a hallway and sent me tons of materials receipts that I couldn't decipher, some of which we discovered were for other clients. The work in each room has problems that need to be corrected and I regret contracting with this company.

He remodeled my bathroom and it looks very good. Very good cleanup after the job was complete too.

He's a very good dude. His work was very professional. I was very very impressed with the work that he did. I have no complaints so far.

I absolutely loved Renzi Home Improvements!! Everyone was so professional, came on time, finished the work on schedule, and knew exactly what to do and when to do it! The work was also of great quality and the prices they quote are very reasonable. I’m so glad I found this company and can’t wait for the next project! Thanks Renzi!

Great contractor his crew was always on time and finished the job within scheduled time frame. This is the second time using Renzi and won’t be the last. So far I renovated 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms with Renzi.
