"Not satisfied at all. The carpet removal was not careful about scratching and denting the baseboards and left large gaps between the floor and baseboards. Left carpet remnants under the transition bar and replaced it sloppily. The hardwood was poorly finished, missing areas around railings, and leaving significant flaws unaddressed. Our calls for follow up were returned with promises of coming back to address our complaints, but in fact, they made excuses and never came back to inspect and/or correct the issues. We will be hiring someone else to actually finish the job professionally, which is a cost and inconvenience, of course. Needless to say, we do not recommend you use this service."

"It was amazing 🤩 I made a call to MAS and Harold and Lauren were at my home the next day. Harold, Pete and Gabrielle were extremely hard working and so courteous and such a joy to work with!! I actually was so pleased with the deck that I asked for a quote on vinyl fencing. I would strongly recommend this company for any work needed. It means so much when the actual owner of the company comes and does the work alongside his employees. I did happen to see one horrible review from someone who was 100% 😑. It was actually the only bad review so clearly it was not the fault of MAS but rather the idiot that posted such an incredibly inaccurate and incorrect review. I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends and take it from me, I can really be a PITA when things are getting done at my home but not once was I ever meant to feel like I was being a PITA. The customer service skills of Harold and Lauren and their team is remarkable!!!"

"The Owner Mauricio was very friendly and accommodating during our initial meeting. He sent one employee to carry over 10 boxes of wood to deliver to my home. He sent one person to do the installation. When I complained to him about the carpet removal on the stairs, he wanted to charge me additionally for what should have been completed initially. The worst part was the installation of the base and border and refinishing of stairs was sloppy and unprofessional. I sent Mauricio pictures of what it looked like. He said he would take care of it. He sent an additional person to assist the installation but it looks terrible. I will have to have it taken out and replaced. For the money I spent I should not have to do this. Mauricio never stepped foot in my house after the initial estimate. He does not have professionals that he hires to work with him."

"I reached out to Supreme Interiors and received a call within an hour and a in home consultation within 48 hours. While explaining what I was looking for, Justin offered suggestions on how to make it better. He provided a fair price and scheduled me quickly. On the day of my installation, Justin was on time and started working right away. I loved the final product but I realized that I explained something incorrectly to him so I asked to change the design after the work was complete. He was so gracious and understanding which was very kind considering the circumstances. I HIGHLY recommend Supreme Interiors. Justin and his team are very professional and provide great service. I’ve already hired him for another job."
