The final product is spectacular. We could not be more pleased. There were several hiccups along the way, e.g. delays in getting the tile, a sink which was delivered broken, and a few plumbing surprises. But overall, the contractor was steady, meticulous, and very clear about what he would and would not do.

I'm very happy with the work that Gregg did for me. He tore out and closed off a small cabinet style pantry and a hallway closet. He then opened up a wall to create a walk-in pantry out of the combined space. I love it! Gregg works very efficiently and cleans up as he goes. He does beautiful work. He is also very easy to work with. He listened to my ideas and made some suggestions. I ended up with exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Multicraft Construction.

Gregg is an excellent contractor.  He maintained great communication with me throughout the process.  He came to me whenever a decision had to be made regarding the project and did an excellent job during the installation.  The kitchen remodel process was about a month because it fell over the holidays and we had to wait for the counter-top company.  Gregg made sure our kitchen was functional over the holidays (surface to place things on and a plumbed sink) and did a great job cleaning up at the end of everyday.  He was skilled in all aspects of the project and very knowledgeable.  He did his best to minimize the impact to my family during the remodel.  He is very honest and trustworthy and does a thorough job, making sure everything is done correctly and not just "good enough".  He operates alone, so factor that into your timeline, but he does a great job.  I would highly recommend him and plan on giving him my business again in the future.

Gregg installed a beautiful frameless glass shower stall including tile work. He installed an oversize soaker tub, painted cabinets and installed knobs. Replaced toilets with water efficient toilets. When the time comes to redo the kitchen, we will not have to go through the dreadful interview process. Gregg at Multicraft is the only contractor to hire!

I was flipping a house and the person who was going to tile the bathroom backed out at the last minute.  I called Gregg at Multicraft Construction on Friday with our broker tour on the following Thursday looming like an oncoming train.  Gregg said he would come on Monday and let me know if the could do the job on time or not.
Gregg showed up on Monday.  Even though we were using subway tiles, there was a window in the middle of one of the tiled walls, and there was an accent row, making the job far more complicated, Gregg agreed to do the job.  He worked at least 12 hours on both Tuesday and Wednesday to ensure the bathroom was done before the broker tour.  The job was quality and we couldn't be happier.  Broker tour went well; there were three showings that day alone and we are expecting multiple offers.  
I plan to use Multicraft Construction many times in the future.

Greg was a real pleasure to work with. Did an excellent job all around, and I will use him again for any future general contractor-type work. Highly recommend!

Multicraft Construction was great. Very pleased with all the work Greg did at my house. I would recommend him to others. He does work alone so depending on how big your project is or what your time line to have the job completed may affect your decision in hiring him but he is very capable and does good work.

It went well. There was some slight miscommunication about the Scope of Work. The work that was done was excellent and he provided excellent advice regarding how best to treat the dry rot near the decorative kit windows. We had some communications issues on both sides which delayed things but, once the work was scheduled, he was prompt and did the work quickly.

I have known Gregg Wickham for approximately 5 to 6 years.  I initially had him remodel my master bathroom. On that project he updated the shower/ tub combo and installed new travertine floors.  I remember looking forever for someone to complete my bathroom and when I found him I was so pleased.  Extremely professional, forthcoming, communicative,  reasonable pricing, and the extra icing on the cake, he is a good man.   He completed the project beautifully and I knew I had found a gem. 

   Recently I had Gregg update my fireplace mantle and hearth from generic track home furnishings to stacked stone.  I also had him install pocket lighting and wire for HDMI and electricity for a flat panel TV.  Again, Gregg completed the job as expected and I am completely satisfied.   For example:  You will receive a written, specifically detailed, and signed estimate prior to the job and the expected time he believes he will need.  He is prompt everyday and will give you an update or answer any questions you may have daily. He is well skilled/versed in many trades.  During my project we discussed how to build the new mantle and what type of styles for the hearth. For the security conscious Gregg is your man.  Living alone and having someone have access to my home was a big concern of mine. Security is quite important to Gregg also.  He does much of his work alone and for me that was perfect.  Although now knowing him, if he ever needed help to complete anything or wanted to subcontract a service for a large job I would have extreme faith that whomever Gregg approved, that person is ok.  His reputation is extremely important to him. In the end, Gregg built a beautiful mantle and hearth that fits the décor of my home perfectly.

   I think of Gregg as family.  I will only call Multicraft Construction for any remodeling/updating issues for my home.  I trust him completely and know that I will receive a finished product that I will love and was provided to me at a fair and reasonable price...

I really enjoyed the service. I would highly recommend him. He was very communicative. Punctual.

Gregg Wickham was very responsive in all phases of the job. From initial contact to providing a bid to letting me know when he could get started on the job and completing the job his communication and response were everything I look for in a contractor and so rarely get. The quality of the work was wonderful and we are very happy with the end results. Gregg's bid was not the lowest but it was not the highest either. The bids ranged from $1000 to $3500. When I contacted the contractors to let them know I chose someone else, one of them asked me if I chose Gregg. When I said yes, he said you have a great contractor and a good guy. While he wanted the job, he told me I made a good choice in going with Gregg. I don't think it gets much better than that. 

I had a good experience with them. A man came out and gave me an estimate and then he came and did the work. He was a very good provider. I had 5 estimates and his was the best. He was there right away. He came in and at the end of the way, he cleaned his work space up and folded up his drop floss and went away and then the next morning he came back and got ready to go and did his stuff. He cleaned up every day. He did an excellent job.

Gregg's work is very thorough and well done.  It's just Gregg doing the work not a team of people.  He got the work done with time to spare.  His prices are very reasonable and he works very deliberately and focused.  I was a little stressed about getting everything done on time but Gregg's work is terrific and he gets it done.  He's a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable.

Greg Wickham of Multicraft Construction was the commensurate professional. From initial contact to final sign-off, Mr. Wickham was a pleasure to work with. He is a great communicator, easy to work with, punctual, detail oriented and delivers on all of his promises.
Greg actually responded to my initial query, which already put him far above many other contractors. He understood what I wanted and clearly spelled out the scope of the project as well as the costs in his bid, which was competitive with other contractors. He worked around my fragmented schedule and completed the project in specific stages according to my wishes. His sub-contractors were all professionals with the highest quality work ethic.
There were some delays to the project, none of which were attributable to Mr. Wickham. My schedule and messed up appointments by city inspectors slowed the project down, but Mr. Wickham worked through those delays and accommodated my schedule. Mr. Wickham kept in constant contact through email and I never felt that I had been abandoned as I have felt with other contractors.
The final work product is of the highest quality and craftsmanship. I would HIGHLY recommend Greg Wickham and Multicraft Construction and would use them for any future projects.

The installation went well, despite my mixup on having the wrong touchup paint available.  Greg was punctual, professional, and paid attention to detail in both the tear out of the old closet fittings, and the installation of the new.  During the tear out, great care was taken to save the old materials, in case I wanted to use the scrap somewhere else.  Installation was fairly straightforward and simple and was done well.  In all regards, I have no complaints and would use them again for other work.

The job started as scheduled and was completed in a timely fashion.  There was absolutely no disruption to the rest of the household while the work was being done.  Each morning Gregg would prep the area by placing tarps down to protect the hardwood floors in the path going out to his outside tile cutting area.  He was always very neat and at the end of each day he would fold up the tarps and leave the work site clean and well attended. Final result looks fantastic and i was definitely well worth the money. We will definitely hire Multicraft for any future tile work.

Gregg did the job beautifully, within a couple of days of his estimated overall time.  He is a smart contractor and an honest and conscientious person.

His estimate was originally $750 and I delayed the work until after the holidays. When he came back he gave me a firm price of $350. The experience has been good. He takes his time and does a good job. When he says that he will be here, he is here.

Began on time. Punctual. Notified if could not work due to other demands (State-required asbestos training one day). Generally here and well prepared. Cleaned up area each day beautifully. No scraps. Swept the area. Added some small thoughtful items at no additional charge. Very professional.
