We did a consultation with Dion he came over we thoroughly discussed the plans of what we wanted done. He then advised us what could/should be done to achieve the desired look and brought the plan to life! He’s extremely knowledgeable in his field. Even though I’ve had work done by him before which was amazing for some reason this project literally blew my mind! He took our vision to a whole new level! Our family space has now been redefined and become our favorite place in the house. The custom staircase and spindles really set the stage! Not to mention the custom wall speakers, fireplace, and landing area. Photos really do it no justice! We were very pleased with the completion time as well as the cleanliness once everything was completed! Highly recommended! "

We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."
