I had a leaking pipe leading out of the basement and a faulty backflow preventer. I sent him pictures, and as soon as I was ready, he scheduled the repair for the very next day. The work was done quickly and neatly, with care taken to preserve the rock garden around the site. Excellent service. Highly recommend!"

"This Mom & Pop business Needs Work. The Wife is easy to talk to very nice customer service skills. The Husband is a No Mannered Brute. He comes to do the work always in a hurry, for 2 seasons I have complained about a leak in my system, he Never took the time to find it. He sent me several Nasty texts, which I will never post, all because his wife is very nice and I will Not try to hurt the business. Just want customers to be aware. As this season is winding down maybe the husband can take some customer service Classes, First How to respect your customers. Second, Take time to listen to your customers. I was given an estimate, they followed up with a booklet describing pesticides , their chemistry etc. A treatment was scheduled and done. After about of a month my tree looks great, the defect from the borers is gone, I believe my tree has grown , filled and beautiful. I highly recommend, the Sav A Tree in Princeton"
