"If I could, I would give this horrible service provider a 0.0! I scheduled a plumbing appointment on a call, which was confirmed via multiple texts the day prior to the appt. Then had an employee go to the location during the 4 hour window they specified and wait for the plumber. On the day of the appt, 1 hour into the time window someone calls and says, sorry we’re not going to go because we only do residential plumbing. This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say “sorry for your inconvenience, but you’ll just have to find someone else.” WOW! The hoops they make you jump through and the rudeness is not worth the hassle. I would definitely recommend you find a different plumbing pro for your project!"

"They came out to replace my hot water heater a while back. The service was great, no issues with the installation or technicians. My problem lies that months later I realized the township never contacted me for the post install inspection. I called the township and the told me a permit was never filed by them. The permit cost was part of the installation price. I immediately called them and asked what happen. No one had a good answer. I had to call multiple times and I kept getting told they would pass the info along. Here we are I believe 3 years later and they still never filed the permit."
