We agreed on a granite slab and requested it to be held for us. We went to the show to sign the contract an before we sat down in the office, Sinan suggested we go take a look at the slap to make sure it was what we wanted and to see what we were paying for and the sink that we wanted. The following Friday evening they installed the countertops (5 men = 3 hours). The Saturday after that (due to a weather delay because cutting is done outdoors), we had a matching back splash installed by two men (4 1/2 hours). Ken took the time to make a few samples as I had requested and surprised me with a cutting board from the slab.
