"I called Ralph on Sunday as pipe broke under kitchen sink. I sent him video of the problem and we set appointment for Monday as he was able to squeeze me in on short notice. Ralph and his assistant, Peter came and Ralph gave me an estimate of the job. I said go ahead. Ralph and Peter did the following: Removed and replace drain waste line, dishwasher tail piece and new stainless steel basket strainer, new nuts and washer for connections. They ran water multiple times to test the system. Ralph was not happy with one of the connections, even though no water was leaking. He just did not feel right about it as if it was his own home and replaced the connection again.
