The new fixtures are much higher quality and corroded pipes were replaced, everything was wiped clean, vacuumed and received instructions on usage to ensure no issues. Rates quoted were very competitive especially given that they upgraded the fixtures and installed new pipes. I have already scheduled Ralph and Peter for my bathroom renovation in the fall and will use for all future plumbing needs."

They covered spaces to keep dust from accumulating on my personal items and worked diligently to get the job done. The clean up was magnificent. "The previous owner of our property used his French drain installation as a selling point, but shortly after we moved in we found water in the basement after a storm. It turned out that the "French drains" were a trench at the edges of the basement and a sump pump. The drains were not piped to the sump pump. We had Arid install real French drains with pipe to the sump pump well. Thus was in 2005 and we have not had any water in the basement since. He gave me an estimate the same day and the price was completely fair. I scheduled a full French drain installation for 2 weeks later. Six crew members arrived on time and finished the job pre inspection in 1 day. Post inspection, which easily passed, they came back the day after and finished in half day. "These guys could not be more terrific! They were able to diagnose a problem that no other waterproofing could. American A-1 was here 5 minutes and they knew exactly what our problem was. We didn’t know it but we have iron oxide in our ground which needs to be maintained yearly. Also our french drain hadn’t been dug out deep enough to begin with so our finished basement got completely ruined. It was a very low point in our life but these guys came in, did the DIRTY job with HEAVY lifting and never complained once.
