I’m so happy with the Job, we had landscape lighting put in the gardens and Steve was great to work with. The guys working did such a nice job, very neat and cleaned up the area so nice! When night time came and lights went on it was more beautiful than I imagined. Very Happy!

Technicians appeared well informed. Came early and diagnosed used the problem, discussed solution and seems to have solved the problem. I will be changing from my usual irrigation company to RR next spring.

As usual, this company was terrific; from the first phone call asking for help to the final perfect cleanup. R&R installed the system several years ago, and they come twice a year to open the system in the spring and drain it in the fall. We've always had very professional service from them, and we highly recommend!

I received 3 quotes from ANGIE'S LIST companies and RR IRRIGATION was not the cheapest of the 3, but provided me with (in my opinion) the best layout and more sprinkler heads than the other quotes I received. They prefer RAIN BIRD products while the other serious quote I received preferred HUNTER; both are the top companies in the industry. The RAIN BIRD Wi-Fi control system sometimes has some lag, but I'm glad I went with this instead of no Wi-Fi; it needs to be on a 2.4 Ghz frequency and not 5 Ghz to work best. Original install date got pushed back a few times due to weather, but nothing you could do about Mother Nature. Day of install went smooth, a little longer than originally anticipated because more hand digging was needed than initially thought due to their main machine not fitting through my backyard fence's gate. Freddy and his crew were great and cleaned up very nicely. Town inspection came through and passed with no issues... the system has worked great so far and now I have a lot more time to play with my daughters when I get home from work instead of moving hoses and sprinklers around my front, side, and back yard!

The installation went very smoothly, and we've been very pleased with their maintenance services since then. They routinely send out reminders for spring opening and winter closing, and they have repositioned the sprinkler heads to accommodate a new fenced in area.

When we moved into our new house 16 years ago, I considered investing in a lawn irrigation system. But the priorities of all the things one needs to do look different when you are new to a house. So for all these years I have struggled with buying all kinds of hoses and sprinklers that leak, Orbitz hose timers that leak, and soaker hoses that are great the fort three feet then just peter out to a drip. I finally decided to get help after a broiling summer, seeing years of hard work on my lawn go to dessert. Several reputable experts recommended R&R Irrigation. I spoke to a few others, but R&R really seemed like this is what they do…and do well. I was not disappointed. R&R master irrigator, Dan James, came out and walked my property. He mapped out what looked to be a great systematic approach. The price seemed fair and they were able to get me in with enough time left for me to do fall power seeding, worthless if you can’t keep the seed bed moist. I made the right choice. Within ten days I had my permit and a crew of six hard working guys tearing up by front and back yard. They were not able to use the ditch witch in my pool area so there was a lot of digging by hand. Carlos and Marco kept me informed along the way. I was amazed at what it takes to do a job like this. I had no idea. It took six people two days to complete everything, including hand digging to install a drainage pipe off one of my roof gutters that was dumping rainwater into my basement. After it was all installed, my lawn was smooth and even. You could hardly tell that it had been “gophered up” to install all this apparatus. Dan and Marcos helped me set up the control panel and made it easy for me to understand how to make adjustments. Now instead of getting up every morning next summer to move sprinklers around, I can sleep in. This should have been priority one 16 years ago. I’m just glad I decided to do it now and especially pleased that I chose R&R Irrigation to handle the work. By the way, my landscaper told me that a neighbor up the street had just installed a sprinkler system but the code enforcement officer made the company pull it all up because the lines were not planted deep enough. Then my neighbor had to argue with the irrigation company. This is hard, complicated work. If you are going to do it, do your homework on the company you select. I am happy I did.

I was very pleased with the whole experience. Paul was quick to diagnose what needed to be done and explained all details to me. I'm a Master Gardener and very particular about my yard. They answered my questions during the installation and were responsive to my fine-tuning of drip line location. They even put in a conduit for power to a fountain at no extra charge.
