My only complaint was the cleanup. It was supposed to be completely ready for painting, but there was still quite a bit of sanding that needed to be done. And I wish I had prepped better before work began to avoid such a mess.
Also, I was expecting to pay with credit card (as advertised) but they informed me the day that work was to begin that they couldn't accept credit cards right now. So that required some last minute shuffling that cost me extra finance charges.
Overall I thought they did a great job. I recommend them but suggest going over their work carefully before they pack up and leave.

Had really good suggestions about ways to save money on our project. Very neat and professional. I keep his number on the fridge to give to friends and neighbors.
