He did an incredible job including demolition down to the studs, and fixed a good number of things that he found along the way. His tile work on the shower wall and bathroom floor turned out excellent! From there, he also insulated and dry walled a third floor attic, cut and installed crown molding in a few rooms, and demolished/rebuilt a wooden porch.
