"Jerry referred me to Greg Simpkins as he was going on vacation. Greg did a great job of installing 9 new bedroom and closet doors, some which needed customizing. He installed a beautiful new granite countertop for the vanity, new mirror, pocket door and light fixture. The bathroom looks brand new. He even went to the trouble of rerouting the pipe under the sink to a center sink which looks great. Pulled up tile at front door and sanded, stained and finished the hardwood floor. Greg was very friendly and professional, always let me know what time he would arrive and cleaned up everything every day before leaving. The job went terrific, really happy how everything turned out. Definitely would recommend Greg for any job you have."

"Everything went smoothly. Bathroom & Kitchen King finished the project within the estimated time frame and contracted budget. Vincent and Harry were very responsive and kept me informed. When Harry came to do the estimate, he left me with some contacts at vendors he works with so I could get an idea of the products available to me. He was proactive without being pushy which I really appreciated. Mike and CJ were the guys working in my house day to day. They worked efficiently and cleaned up at the end of each day (I realize this benefitted them as well, but it was nice to not have to work around in-progress in a gutted kitchen for several weeks). If any issues arose, they consulted me, so there were never any surprises. Mike and CJ were very accommodating to me and my parents who live with me. Our experience with Top Shelf Closets could not have been better. Our designer was "Jim" and he was outstanding. He really listened and got a clear understanding of our needs. He accurately measured and delivered a design in a timely fashion- as promised within our discussed budget.

Thereafter, being educated consumers, we had several closet companies come out and also submit designs and bids. After review of the other designs, we contacted Jim again, because we had the "best feeling" about him and his design.  His estimate was substantially less money than the other as well. We felt Jim's design,  the Top Shelf warranty was a value. They gave us more, for less money.

We met with Jim a second time to address some concerns and to make some changes to his design. Jim came to my office and met with me in the café on my lunch hour. How nice was that?

Jason and Carlos were our installers. WOW is all I can say. They are not "installers" they are craftsmen. Their work is perfection. They arrived on time, worked clean, consulted with me throughout the day. They were friendly, polite and tidy.

Our master walk-in closet exceeds our expectations in every way, shape and form. Jim captured our vision. Jason and Carlos made it look spectacular. We highly recommend Top Shelf Closets!
