Our experience with Top Shelf Closets could not have been better. Our designer was "Jim" and he was outstanding. He really listened and got a clear understanding of our needs. He accurately measured and delivered a design in a timely fashion- as promised within our discussed budget.

Thereafter, being educated consumers, we had several closet companies come out and also submit designs and bids. After review of the other designs, we contacted Jim again, because we had the "best feeling" about him and his design.  His estimate was substantially less money than the other as well. We felt Jim's design,  the Top Shelf warranty was a value. They gave us more, for less money.

We met with Jim a second time to address some concerns and to make some changes to his design. Jim came to my office and met with me in the café on my lunch hour. How nice was that?

Jason and Carlos were our installers. WOW is all I can say. They are not "installers" they are craftsmen. Their work is perfection. They arrived on time, worked clean, consulted with me throughout the day. They were friendly, polite and tidy.

Our master walk-in closet exceeds our expectations in every way, shape and form. Jim captured our vision. Jason and Carlos made it look spectacular. We highly recommend Top Shelf Closets!

"I could not do the work myself and struggled to find someone to help me. I found Brian here on Angie's List. He stopped by to look at the closets and we scheduled time for him to come out and do the work. He was on time and professional. Best of all he was patient with me and allowed me to go through a lot of items individually while I said keep, donate & he helped me find an old Fendi handbag that kind of got lost over the years. He filled up the truck and I followed him to Salvation Army where I got a receipt for over 30 bags of clothes, shoes, cookbooks etc. I will definitely hire Brian again and would recommend him if you simply need to de-clutter and and have less stress in your life. Yes, having 4 empty closets is a good feeling & knowing all those snow boots, winter coats, dresses, etc are going to someone who needs them instead of sitting in my closet is a good feeling too. "Everything went great. Harvey is always prompt when it comes to showing up and returning phone calls. He explains the work clearly and gets it done on time. We love the new closet he installed. He has a lot of experience and will suggest ways to do things that you might not have thought of while maintaining a "you're the boss" mentality and always deferring to the customer's wishes if asked. I'm hiring him to do some work in our smaller bedroom next."
