"We hired the king to build a brand new bedroom and remodel 2 other bedrooms and a bathroom. The work included installing new hardwood floors, electrical, drywall, painting, installing a window, and building new closets. Harry was great at setting up the initial consult and quickly gave us a quote. They got everything done in about 2.5 weeks which is what was quoted. Harry was very responsive throughout the whole process and easy to get a hold of. His crew was respectful and carful with our home and ensured they cleaned up every day. Bill was great and was able to complete the final task list of items we had for him before final walk thru. Our rooms came out fantastic and look great. Harry was also able to paint our master bedroom which was an add on request. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. "We decided to replace our powder room toilet and discovered  the installer cut a hole in the wall to fit the original toilet. So now we needed a new toilet and the wall patched.  Doc gave me the best estimated that included finishing the patch.  Every other quote was the same price but only included one visit and a rough patch. Doc made multiple visits and even included the first coat of paint!  So I ordered a smaller toilet from a big box store (trademark color is ORANGE) and made my appointments accordingly.  Doc could've finished the job within a week (including the MULTIPLE visits to sand and reapply mud) but the big box store lost half of my toilet, and it had to be reordered.  Doc did a great job, I appreciate his punctuality, I appreciate his knowledge of the trade, and I Absolutely appreciate the fact that he aligned the toilet to bring out the best aspects of my DIY Press and stick floor tile application.  There was a misunderstanding that was IMMEDIATELY remedied, and I have no issue with calling Doc for my other plumbing and minor remodeling needs.
