The insulation was original to the ~30 year old house, so we know it's about time to get it done. Alex checked both spaces and showed us photos of problem areas. We have an estimate and Alex explained the details of the work involved. The team came within the week (we lucked out to take the spot of a cancellation), and everything was done as expected. There was a lot of work to remove old insulations, vacuum all debris, sanitize the space, seal all air gaps, install baffles, rodent proof, and install new insulation. The work was completed in around 6 hours, the spaces are now clean and tidy - quite unbelievable given how they were before. We went for the heavier insulation which is reflected in the project cost."

"I called Restore You and the owner Art Sulik came to my home at my convenience. He surveyed unerdneath my home and found mold on the floor structure and moisture and water on the ground. He removed the existing insulation, cleaned the wood with hydrogen peroxide product, followed through with an anti microbial. After everything dried they Hepa vac the wood to remove any mold spores which are allergens. Then fogged everything with Timbor fungicide Disodium Ocyabotate tetrahydrate (boron). The foundation walls inside the crawlspace were painted with Dry lok extreme, a waterproof paint. A vapor Barrier 6 Mil was added to the ground. His work was exceptional! I was very pleased. I highly recommend Restore You for any moisture, mold or water problems."

"We had a cracked ceiling and sagging ceilings in 3 rooms, and a portion of drywall hanging but off the nails, larry and his son, replaced the broken pieces and shored up the rest with drywall nails, and insulation, and in some cases new drywall. A dirty, difficult job, which had to be done two days in a row as it required furniture moved and painters to follow. He recommended a painter for us as well, which allowed us to set the whole thing up for one week of inconvenience, but got the job done. He and his son were pleasant as well which helped through this trying experience. Since this problem is uniform through our development we had seen where ceilings had caved in on others and were caving in slowly on the rest and wanted this done before anything fell down on us and hurt us or guest. Larry cut out two days to do 3 rooms, which allowed us to set the painter up for completion. We also had to bring in a electrician to shore up a ceiling fan now that the ceilings were set properly."
