The salesman was great and really caring when he explained of our options. He explained the damaged the weather was having on our home from getting under the old roof shingles. Our roof has been leaking for months, so they did a great job getting their technicians to our home asap. The roofing crew was respectful our home, I couldn’t have asked for a better company to do the roof on our house. Thank you Modern Exteriors for taking great care of us!!!

The GAF warranties are incredible when installed by certified dealers. The work crew did great work, very knowledgeable and efficient. They were very thorough in cleaning up after themselves. Very satisfied with our roof.

I’m skeptical of door salesmen and my husband answered the door. We have had a leak for a few months so my husband scheduled a consultation. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional and had them out one week later. We have had bad experiences with contractors in the past so I was still nervous about the whole process. These were fast and so very respectful of our property. I was actually blown away by the fact that they left my property like they were never there !! Thank you !

A new roof was something I wasn't plan on doing for a few years wound up being something I got done that same week. These guys worked with me and we came to a number and payment plan I could COMFORTABLY work with. On Tuesday, Manny came out and performed a detailed inspection and review of the problem areas. He then walked me through their insurance, the materials used (which are very high quality), and a warranty that far exceeds the other companies I had reviewed. Lou and Ryan had then worked with me on pricing, which of course is the main hurdle. By that same afternoon, we had an agreement, and 3 days later, I had a brand new roof. From start to finish, everything went great, and when they wrapped up their work, you wouldn't have even known any sort of work was done around my house, with the exception of a beautiful finished product.
