"Very prompt response and follow-up on the estimate and bid. Very knowledgeable and courteous estimator visited our house and inspected the job making sure he understood the scope well before giving us a bid. Followed up after the bid to see if we had any questions, which we did and those questions were fully answered.
They showed up when they said they would, worked diligently through the day and a bit after it got dark to complete the job. Despite it starting to get dark, we didn't see them take any shortcuts and they still scanned the entire area for any debris left behind. We found virtually nothing left in the grass the next day. All the roofers were very polite and interacted well with us.
A couple days later two fellows came by to do the siding work. Very skilled and professional and they made quick work of what needed to be done. Did a nice job on the repairs on the siding.

"I chose Ivan's company after lots of research on how to best solve my problems with gutters clogging. My house is an average 2 story colonial style and is surrounded on most sides by lots of trees. The gutters would clog up once a month and required me going on roof and manually cleaning out. I was growing sick of this chore and feared for my safety. Also, during a recent heavy set of rainfall episodes, the gutters were clogged and rain water poured like a waterfall over the one side of my home and resulted in some water in basement. After that, I decided to search angies list and found Ivan's company. I then research the Gutterglove product and decided to go with Ivan after meeting him for estimate. He explained everything perfectly. The above cost breakdown was $2850 for gutterglove pro gutter guards installed with gutter adjustments and an extra $300 for the larger 3 x 4 inch downspouts. The work was performed about 2 weeks after initial estimate and took about 1 full day to complete. After some heavy rainfall, I can say gutters seem to be functioning perfectly and my mind is now at ease. New downspouts look great and the gutterguards are not visible unless on ladder. The product itself is very heavy duty reinforced and the screen is small enough to keep everything out.

"I will be contacting Victory again when I need my siding replaced. Everyone was on time, efficient and professional. Everything was done so quickly. From meeting John for the free consult to scheduling the roof/gutters/trim, everything was scheduled within 2 weeks and the job was done within 3 days. The clean up was great too! "The job was estimated to take about 6 days. Bad weather caused some delays, but not counting the weather delays, the job finished right on time. To make up for the lost days, they worked on Saturday and Sunday in order to finish. This was a good thing as more bad weather was on the way. All of the crew was easy to get along with and worked very hard. They listened to any concerns I had about the work and were quick to address any issues. They left the work site clean. Luis was very knowedgeable about the requirements of working with cedar, which was a big concern of mine. Due to the age and condition of the siding, the finished results are a bit uneven. However, I am ok with this as the alternative would have been a much more costly replacement of all of the cedar siding. The look is much better now than things were before. The most noticable areas were where the old cedar was replaced with new. The new cedar is much lighter that the older pieces. Also, the hole paches, are noticiable, but they went to great lengths to try and stain and match the the color. I'm guessing that over time as the cedar weathers, the differences will get smaller. Overall, I'm really happy."
