"Contacted Master Attic via Angi and Alex, the technician came to evaluate our attic and crawl space (2 separate spaces in our house). We heard critter noises and our upstairs was hot in the summer. The insulation was original to the ~30 year old house, so we know it's about time to get it done. Alex checked both spaces and showed us photos of problem areas. We have an estimate and Alex explained the details of the work involved. The team came within the week (we lucked out to take the spot of a cancellation), and everything was done as expected. There was a lot of work to remove old insulations, vacuum all debris, sanitize the space, seal all air gaps, install baffles, rodent proof, and install new insulation. The work was completed in around 6 hours, the spaces are now clean and tidy - quite unbelievable given how they were before. We went for the heavier insulation which is reflected in the project cost."

We also had drywall that was cut in our walls to have old insulation removed and new to be blown in. "I called Restore You and the owner Art Sulik came to my home at my convenience. He surveyed unerdneath my home and found mold on the floor structure and moisture and water on the ground. He removed the existing insulation, cleaned the wood with hydrogen peroxide product, followed through with an anti microbial. After everything dried they Hepa vac the wood to remove any mold spores which are allergens. Then fogged everything with Timbor fungicide Disodium Ocyabotate tetrahydrate (boron). The foundation walls inside the crawlspace were painted with Dry lok extreme, a waterproof paint. A vapor Barrier 6 Mil was added to the ground. His work was exceptional! I was very pleased.
