"Honest, reasonable and prompt. A wind storm blew pieces of my siding off. The owner, Angel, explained every part of the repair to me along with some options for how to fix it. He showed up the next day when he said he would and did a beautiful job. He did not pad the price because this was a “small job” or because I wanted it fixed right away to prevent further damage. He also did not try to talk me into more work than what I needed right now. I will absolutely be hiring them for future work on my home."

"It went great. Satisfied us when anything came up. Like, there were a couple punch list items, and he addressed them. Before he finished the other part of the project. I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. My dad is the owner of the house, but he put me there. I'm the one that got the contractor and everything, and I'm telling you it's. It looks like it was this way originally, like it grew there. I can't say enough about how great it was because we had to deal with discontinued products. And I was, now, there were a little bit of obstacles that we had to get over, but it was just, everything was done, and to complete satisfaction. I had called her because I wanted to keep it local, you know I called the contractor right in town here. On the other side of the island, northwell, and he didn't show up. And anyway, this person is Fred Quigley. He was the most personable. Response like that, and I was just like I was already sold, but then you know I could tell he knew what he was doing. And then he proved it by an excellent job. The helpers were also very respectful."

"I had an old refrigerator, microwave and some other things to be removed from my backyard. Robert was the original guy I I contacted. We talked pricing and then arranged a Time for pickup. Vinny was the worker that came out on time I may add he introduced himself and got straight to work it took him about not even 15 minutes to get all the stuff on the trailer. We talked for a bit and he informed me that they were a construction company that also did repairs and to keep them in mind if I ever needed anything which I will I've added them to my contact list. I think Robert and Vinny are phenomenal guys. They were both professional and friendly at the same time. I gave them five stars but that really not enough to describe how they made me feel like a special and valued customer. "Dealt primarily with George Andreadis who was very helpful, quick to respond and accommodating. We needed work done on the Chimney so the roof had to wait until that was completed. The quote was honored 3 months after it was made. The work needed to be done before we started a prolonged vacation and George was very helpful in scheduling it around our needs. Once the work began it went rather quickly with a one day rain break. The old roof was stripped, several plywood sheets replaced, flashing around chimney was properly done (unlike the original that caused some plywood damage). The crew was fast and efficient and as careful as they could be to avoid damage to the decks (some restaining had to be done because of spike damage on stairs which weren't fully covered by tarp). Because it was springtime, the equipment used to collect the old shingles sank in the lawn and required some effort to pull out. Some reseeding of the lawn was required. Clean up was thorough with more than 99% of the waste collected from shrubs, bushes and trees around the house. Nail pickup was efficient, although a few nails rolled off the roof or the covered gutters after the work was completed. The driveway is gravel and the magnets used to pick up nails did a thorough but not unexpectedly an incomplete job of picking up small pieces of wire (used to link nails in the nail guns). Unfortunately that resulted in flat tires in all three of our cars, but I'm not sure that is avoidable with a gravel driveway. Perhaps the use of a tarp at the top of the driveway might have helped. We got approval (from the owner) to dump some paneling and wood from the garage into the dumpster. The crew was very helpful picking up some of the heavier items. I waited until our return from vacation to submit my review. Overall I was very satisfied with the job, the price and the look of the Timberline shingles.
