"We could not be more pleased with the work of M&M Landscaping. Malecas (owner) was so easy to work with through the entire process. He showed up for an estimate took measurements, and actually followed up on his estimate. A rare occurrence being we had roughly 6 other contractors come out for estimates with a total of two getting me an actual estimate for the project. Once the project started M&M was punctual, and professional. Malecas, by far, the easiest contractor to work with and his responsiveness deserves a better grade than highest I could give him (A). The patio looks incredible which is a testament to Malecas and his team's attention to detail and craftsmanship. The work site was clean during the job and after hours they left it as clean as it was before they arrived. We were trying to work existing materials into new materials but the difference between old and new was too noticeable for us. M&M was patient while we looked at new pavers and wanted us to find what would make the project look great. We did, and they made it pop. I am so pleased at our decision, their craftsmanship, and our backyard. I can not recommend M&M Landscaping highly enough. "In preparation we moved everything in the basement away from the walls like they asked, although some of the shelves that I built could not be moved more than ~24 inches away from one of the walls. The next day the crew of three came over promptly at 8 AM. I told the crew leader about the shelves and he said that the space may be sufficient depending on the how far the footer underneath came in from the walls (as it turned out it was fine). They also moved the heavy concrete utility sink out of the way without damaging it. They crew hung plastic to partition the untouched sections of the basement and the rest of the house. I was told that the job was to take two days and it did. They cleaned up as best they could--vacuuming the stairs and didn't leave any debris or trash inside or out, although there was a light coating of dust on the everything in the basement which I expected. When they finished they walked me though the basement and everything looked great so I was glad to pay them as agreed in the contract. I am very pleased with the job, although I was slightly dissatisfied with the concrete pored over the drain because it wasn't always level with the existing floor and wasn't totally troweled smooth (I ended up floating the sections of the patch myself to level and get a better finish). Overall I think those are minor criticisms it was was a more than satisfactory experience."

"Contacted Color Stamp Concrete to request an estimate.  They worked around my schedule to meet with me and not only provided me an estimate but also design recommendations.  Their estimate was very reasonable and as i have done business with this company for my first patio with no issues i decided to use them again.  Upon receipt of my permits they were able to begin work within 3 days for setup and including one day for bad weather was able to pour and stamp within 3 days.  They knew all the requirements and specifications for a hot tub installation and was included in the estimate and was applied flawlessly.  Next day first coat of sealant was applied.  At the end of that day Color Samp Concrete met with me to finalize payments and upon their review of the patio they decided that another coat of sealant was required and returned the next day to apply.  Was very impressed with the work and with how well it matched my previous patio.  Fred Bloss, whom i worked with for the entire project was very responsive and informative through all steps of the process.  I will recommend Color Stamp Concrete to my friends and colleagues and will use them again for my future concrete needs."

"We used quality 1st on two occasions in the past year to address water in the basement of our brownstone. They first addressed the problem from the crawlspace - installed a sump pump, water guard trench, and cleanspace wall system (they also added support to the ceiling, which is the floor of a kitchen above). Their approach was sound, the cost was fair, and we were very happy with their service and the work itself. They then returned to address water coming in from the main basement area - we worked together on a reasonable approach that included adding a 2nd sump pump, a water guard trench and cleanspace wall system only where needed. This required a lot of coordination and communication with our plumber as well - all went smoothly, work was performed and cleaned up professionally. So far, so good! I am in construction myself and I reviewed their approach with other professionals including an engineer, and I have a lot of confidence in their products, their pricing, and their work."
