Milecas installed a patio with 2 seat walls, one with a back wall, the other with columns, both with lighting. He also installed a patio door landing with steps and lighting. Both the patio and steps were beautiful but the thing that struck me most about Milecas is his integrity and dedication to his work. The work was finished according to the schedule that we agreed on and on budget. Talking of budget, we talked to 6 contractors including Milecas and Milecas has the lowest cost and we got more for our money. "Marvin, Romeo and their crew of 3 fellow laborers were the best! Great communication and coordination! They showed up at 8AM to place metal edging around our 75 foot semi-circular stone driveway and along our brick entry path. They dug out the existing plastic/rubber trim, inserted 11 boxes of 6”x 40” metal edging…10 strips per box by 3 PM. They cleaned up their work area, raked the stones to make our driveway level and hosed down the driveway They put all the old edging in industrial size plastic bags for town garbage collection. They are respectful, Industrious and pleasant to deal with and they are reasonable! I’ll have them back for other projects!"
