American Way is as professional a company as you'll ever find. Communication either by text, call, or email was always responsive and timely. The company worked hard five days a week to get the job done in an impressive amount of time. Their work is phenomenal as care for the project was as important to them as it was for us. If we need anything else done in the future I will not hesitate to contact American Way!

Jesus was very responsive, knowledgeable and prompt from the estimate to completion! I had walkway and patio pavers done, with steps and lights details, extremely happy with the outcome and efficiency of his team. My backyard was transformed and staycation ready within 2 days! Will definitely hire them again as he gave me some great ideas for the front yard.

Initially, I called and spoke with Leslie, and she said she would have to get ma right back. Well, I waited an hour and heard nothing, so I called her back we set up and an appointment for an estimate. On the day of the estimate, I waited until the appointment time and told them they lost a customer since they couldn't make the appointment. Fifteen minutes later, two guys showed up and started mismeasuring my lawn, or at least it seemed that way. They told me they would be back with the measurements and went to the truck. Instead of returning with the estimate, they drove away without letting me know or even speaking with me again. I never heard from them after this. Super unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend them

He was great. He was easy to work with, he took care of my fence and he suggested me some colors on how it looks together which was good. They did the work, they cleaned up after themselves and I was very happy.
