Harvey the owner & his excellent team were professional, punctual & attentative to every detail in building my beautiful handicap TREX brown boards & Grey metal railings ramp to my front door. This fantastic company also closed in my screen house for the rain & possibly snow cold winter months with this beautiful design of Plexiglass. His team also completed odd jobs of installing two door bells, replaced damaged tiles in my kitchen & installed tinting sheets on four kitchen windows which I love. "Do not hesitate to hire Forza for your home renovations. They did a fantastic job at 2 locations for me. A complete bathroom renovation (complete demo to studs, including new window) at one, and a complete kitchen/bathroom at the other, along with new window in each, new flooring throughout 2 bedroom apartment, new doors, molding and paint throughout. And a steel door installation through a load bearing wall. Everything done to my complete satisfaction (I was in the contracting business as a young man). John and Tracy will guide you through the renovations, offering material and paint color guidance to help achieve the best outcome. They show up every day, Monday-Friday, until the job is complete. And not a day went by where one, if not both of the two Johns (Owner/Partners) were not on site directing operations. If I wasn’t happy with something (rare), it was altered to my satisfaction. I anticipate using them in the future."

"While our basement came out good, there were several extra costs that our PM John came up with that we feel could have been included prior to the work beginning in the contract or in the extras section of the contract. Things like stair replacement, trying to get us to install 2 sump pumps + a second electric panel. Regarding the pumps, the plumber actually recommended against the 2 pumps as he was able to connect all of our window wells to a single pump, also eliminating the need for a second panel. They also installed low quality hi-hats as our lights continue to flicker and pretty much told us that it?s normal and nothing can be done. Lastly, the workers left our unfinished area a mess at the end of the project- leftover debris and our furnace a water heater were left covered in dust. If you don?t mind feeling price gauged and having your concerns not taken seriously, this is the company for you. "

"Hired Matthew Lin owner and operator of The Finish Guy LLC for a basement renovation. We had a detailed contract with a payment schedule . Matt requested a $25,000 deposit we gave it to He was trying to request another $20,000 by day number 4 of the job , going against his own contract . He never came to the job site and checked on his men . He wasn?t given us proper material that was promised in our contract trying to give us cheaper items then what we had outlined in our contract !! He forged my fiancé?s signature on the plumbing, electrical and fire permits, lying, putting all his contact information were is should be the homeowner info LIEING trying to say the homeowner was doing all their own work . I?m limited as to how many words I can write in this review ! Ultimately, we took them to court. He was ordered to pay us back $12,500 He defaulted on payment schedule. I had to put a lien against him."
