He was honest and up front about what would be included in the quote given and possible adjustments we might expect if unseen issues were found once the old siding was removed. His quotes were almost to the penny and there were no surprises. He suggested and we went with replacing the gutters with slightly larger ones which has now stopped water from overflowing the gutters even in the heaviest downpour. Once Bob and his team started the project he made sure to stay in constant communication about anything needing to be fixed or changed from the original plan and quotes. He made sure we were comfortable with the entire project from start to finish. I highly recommend Design a Castle to anyone who is looking to have some work done. We will be using him for other projects in our home if they arise."
