"I hired Bill Farley to construct a new septic seepage field and upgrade my current septic tank. The job also required cutting down and removing a forest from the site and demolishing and removing a large storage shed. He was knowledgable, competent, honest and did a good job in spite of complications. Thinking about it afterward, it was not only having the job done right, but having someone you could trust and knowing that he job would be done right and not having to worry or check up. My only critisism would be that he is not up-to-date with electronic communication. But then neither am I."

Dave came, gave me a clear understanding of what he would do, and just as importantly, how he would do it. He laid out the plan for protecting my trees and not damaging my fencing. On â  project dayâ  Dave arrived on time with a great team and executed his plan exactly as he described. By the time they left you couldnâ  t tell they had dug out a hole 20 x 8 x 12. Amazing job. Scott came in, we went over the design, and he tackled it with ease. Each day his crew started early, around 7am, was always on-time. They were the friendliest team, and explained what needed to be done each step of the way. They have the industrial tools, but they use them with incredible dexterity, as if it was an extension of their hands. The grading and seeding were all done and it is better than ever. They were able to fix the problem for a reasonable cost in a day all compliant with the township. They were 5 times cheaper than another company suggested for the repair. They were able to jet the laterals whereas the other company quoted to replace the entire leachfield laterals. "Dave spent an hour and a half on the outside alone.  He left no stone unturned unless the seller had furniture or boxes in the way.  He had been in the construction business for 30 years, and that was very apparent.  He found things I would have never thought of, and was honest when he found good things as well.  He spent the time to explain and remind me of even the simplest safety things you should do in a home, like hitting the test and reset buttons on outlets once a month.  Apparently they break after a while and don't work at all.  I would definitely recommend Dave!!
