First, he made all the work look so easy with his finesse and control over the machinery. When he completed the wall, it looked as if it was dug with a laser! The pond ended up being much harder than I thought. Terribly rocky soil, extreme heat, and lots of vegetation to remove. Again, Alex made it look easy. I was dumbfounded at the amount of material he was able to move in such a short time. The last piece was the price. The estimate seemed too low. After seeing what Alex was able to do, I knew he was undercharging for his experience and expertise. The final bill was EXACTLY what Alex told me it would be. I cannot say enough good things about how he works. Note, he does not even throw out his trash in my garbage can, he takes it home with him."
