Agreed on a price to do our sidewalk with Jose. Got cash for him. He told us a time and day. We got one message to do it a little later. Waited our entire day for him to come. Called his office many times. They told us he was ‘in a meeting’. Wasted our whole day. I don’t get it. I guess he doesn’t want our money. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I wish I could make an appt with him and then not show up so he would know how it feels.

Admiration and gratitude are the words that come to mind when thinking about the Dunrite Design Group. The work is of superior quality and very personalized. Even though we realize that our bathroom renovation was a "small" job in comparison to what this company handles, we felt as if our bathroom was all that mattered to owner John Dunrite and his crew. We cannot emphasize enough how accommodating John Dunrite is, paying attention to all details, constantly stopping in to check the work, taking pride in the job, and even meeting us at a tile store to pick out materials. The company's crew followed John's lead with top-notch work. Vijay, manager of the work; George, who tied it all together; and all of the men, went above and beyond to help us through the bathroom renovation process. No request was a problem. Our apartment and building were respected in terms of: cleanliness, noise control, waste removal, adherence to the time that the work was done, and quickness in which the job was completed. The cost charged was beyond reasonable. We look forward to having the Dunrite Design Group return to our home for further renovations and highly recommend this company without reservation. Appointment set up to review project as we are doing several renovations on our home. Phil came out and was very pleasant, reviewed all my optional scenarios and gave me quote same day. As we were in bidding phase, I had to reach out again later and he was still very pleasant and I am hoping to do business with TAC based on the customer service shown thus far. You often buy the salesman experience before the product.

Samson ContractingI contacted Samson for an estimate in regards to correcting very poor workmanship on a shed built by another contractor. Phil came out to look at the project and while unfortunately it was something he could not assist with at the present time, he was kind enough to share some tips with me as to how I can remediate the situation to a certain degree. He even followed up with an email afterwards to share a link to a product he recommended I use.
