"Hey Marie, we apologize you weren't fully satisfied with the charge. We did replace battery, which, yes, took about ten minutes. However, we also noticed your safety sensors for your electric openers were not up to code. So, we adjusted your safety sensors, then gave a full lube/tube up of both garage doors and electric openers. We also performed the safety check operations on both motors, while ensuring both doors were also up to code. Lastly, we measured all the existing material to ensure smooth future repairs. We arrived 10:00 am and departed a little before 10:40 am. If there's anything else you'd like to discuss please reach out. Thanks!"
