"Setting up a first time deep clean was easy and well spelled out. The ladies showed up on time and cleaned for 3 1/2 hours straight. I requested bathroom, kitchen, hallway and living room. They cleaned from the fans to the floors. Everything looks great and smells great. I set up that they will come every other week. To neutralize mildew smell, you can use natural deodorizers like baking soda or activated charcoal. Baking soda absorbs odors; sprinkle it liberally on the affected area, let it sit for a few hours, then vacuum it up. Activated charcoal, available in pouches, works similarly. Vinegar, with its natural acidic properties, can also neutralize odors. Mix equal parts water and vinegar, spray the affected area lightly, then blot it with a dry cloth. To clean an old dishwasher without a filter, start by removing the bottom rack to access the drain area. Hydrogen peroxide is an effective stain remover for many kinds of stains on porcelain, ceramic, stone, and stainless steel sinks. Always consult your manufacturer’s instructions to ensure hydrogen peroxide won’t damage your sink. To remove stains with hydrogen peroxide, saturate the corner of a cloth or sponge with peroxide and gently dab at the stain until it lightens.
