The entire process was incredibly smooth, Steve was very detailed in explaining step by step what was happening, he constantly and consistently checked-in to ensure all work passed his quality check. I was impressed by the install, from the scrub down and sanitizing they gave the basement, to the quality of their materials, the additional drain by the door they provided at no extra charge, and last but not least a draining area for the dehumidifier which saves me the twice daily trip down to the basement. He also suggested some solutions for other things he saw throughout his work. They did clean up pretty well though they left a whole bag of concrete afterwards which got wet and hardened. They were battling with the weather to finish my project and even came on a Sunday to finish because the weather was good that day. Definitely recommend!"
