Diane shocked me in two ways: (1) she explained to me in the most thorough and understandable way possible why my vanity couldn't be repaired to match its original factory condition (2) she offered to write me a letter, which she did, to explain the reasons for this in a professional manner. I haven't encountered such an honest business person in a long, long time. As a matter of fact, I've grown cynical about contractors in general, because recently I've experienced quite a few instances where they have been less than honest about their work and are willing to perform inferior work for which I paid good money.
