John is an experienced professional. He delivers the best result as agreed to in the work contract. He treats the customer with courtesy, answers all questions raised and takes time to explain what he is doing. He keeps the customer briefed every step along the project. He also works effectively and efficiently. The first time John came to our house, he fixed a rather challenging problem of kitchen lighting. This time, John came to install a new electrical service panel, including the consolidation of an old sub panel into one main panel. He did an excellent job on both occasions. Thank you, John.

Real great guy. Used him four times past two years. Fixed problems left by previous electricians. Works fast, always responsive, cleans up after the works is done and I noticed never charges for clean up time. Last but not least he s a funny and nice guy. My wife and I actually look forward to having him around. My highest recommendation! JR

Very professional and service was quality job.

What kind of company charges its customers eventhough they were not able to perform the job. Its like taking a car to the shop, comes out with the same issue, and still the mechanic charhes you for a job not done.

John was able to give me an estimate on the spot and was also able to complete the job that same day in an efficient manner at a reasonable cost to me. I highly recommend JWM Electric.

John replaced my 2 exterior lights. Came on the same day that I called him. Quickly installed the lights and cleaned up afterwords. Price ws very reasonable. Would hire him again for electrical work at my home.

They were very prompt and neat. I had a very good experience.

He was very responsive, came immediately, it was pouring the day he came and he could've pushed it to another day, but he didn't. He put forth extra effort to fixed my problem.

Work involved removing existing panel light in the kitchen and install recess lights. John gave useful suggestions regarding placement of the recess lights. Also required installing light inside a kitchen storage area. Work was planned for last Saturday. As it was a snow day and there was commute problems, John and his helper agreed to come and finish job on Sunday. This was very helpful as we had already removed items from the kitchen storage area. Work was done very well and we liked the new lighting. Price was also reasonable and not very expensive like other quotes we received.

John is a nice guy and completed my project of installing a dedicated power line in my basement quickly. He may be marginally expensive than others but will get the job done nicely.

This contract was signed in early May and as of Sept. 17th, the work has still not been completed. A complete no-show from August. Assured me that everything is just waiting for a County Inspector review for him to proceed. County inspector showed up and was upset that we were wasting his time since there was nothing tangible for him to inspect. Every time I contact him, he says work will be totally completed this weekend but he never shows up. My guess is that my project is being completely ignored because he found another lucrative assignment. I have given up and contacted Homeadvisor Customer Service to complain. I cant comment on his work since it is not completed yet, but I can totally attest to his complete lack of professionalism.

John is Pro. He gets there on time. He is in constant communication with you to ensure you are in the loop with everything. He works with the customer. He is like a ninja, meaning when his work is done, it is without a trace. He leaves his workspace very clean. The price for his work is reasonable. Everything is documented, and he is adamant about keeping everything in writing without any gray area. That put my mind at ease. I am happy to call him my new personal electrician if i need any more work done in the house. Talk to him for 10 seconds and you will know how hungry he is for providing you the value you require. John is a good man and i recommend him to anyone.

John was very thorough and professional throughout the two jobs we hired him to do. Granted, my father decided to be his assistant, which shaved off some time, but I think they became friends in the process. Would definitely recommend John.

I informed your customer service person on what a horrible experience I had with JWM. I gave them examples of his unprofessionalism. They told me there would be a follow up. But almost a month later I have not heard from Home Advisor. tjb
