Overall, this was an exceptional experience. Sam and Mike are the guys you want for your electrical (and general handyman) needs. After installing new flooring in my home, the installers accidentally severed the wiring to my front doorbell. One electrician on Angie's List quoted me $375 just to diagnose the problem. That's ludicrous. Sam reached out to me and offered me a more fair price. And I have to say, this was not an easy fix. Sam and Mike made multiple trips to my home diagnosing the problem, ultimately snaking new wiring, and making certain my Nest doorbell was connecting to the chime. I couldn't have had two better gentlemen in my home. They were exceptionally professional, friendly, and willing to make multiple trips to the local hardware store to pick up supplies on my behalf. The final invoice was fair for the amount of work they put into the job. Do not let other electricians bully you with insane diagnostic fees before they even begin the work.
