Th work in on a 100 year old Victorian House and the porch entry stoop was seriously in need of repair. They were able to work with both old and new materials and reuse the 100 year old gingerbread yet using good new pressured treated wood where necessary. They consulted me throughout the process to arrive at solutions regarding design and historic preservation. Mike had excellent knowledge about wood and its use and the viability of using original materials along with the new wood. he also understood structure and durability. At the beginning of our discussion he provided a reference from a client so I went into the job with confidence.
