"I am still in the process of getting my design approved by the city. I had a detailed idea of what I wanted for my renovation, and Vince was able to put it down on paper and adjust to my requests. The changes recommended and implemented to my plans ensured my Town would issue a building permit. The Town had rejected my initial drawings and required its review and approval by a structural engineer or architect.
