Great. Everything was done well, on time and within budget. Provided options for add-ons that would make everything nicer but didn't require them as they added cost.

The home renovation went better than we ever expected. It was finished early and in budget. Bud's team were all professional and had beautiful craftmanship.

Our growing family of 4 had to expand our 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home on an inflexible budget.  We went thru years of design development with our architect and engaged Bud early in the process to provide budget pricing.  Even though he wasnt guaranteed the job, he was more than willing to help us throughout that process.  He reviewed multiple sets of plans and provided multiple budgets.  During the formal bidding process, Bud submitted a proposal that was comprehensive and straightforward - far better than the others we received.  He walked my wife and I thru every detail and the schedule and made us very comfortable that he would be able to come in on-time and on-budget (most importantly).  
The project got stated in September 2015 and was scheduled to be a 5-6 month project.  The project included the demolition of a sun room, excavation of a new basement, construction of a 2 story addition (1,100 SF total) with a ground floor family room, and master suite on the 2nd floor.  The project required the entire family to move out starting in October.  Bud and his team got started right away and worked right thru the holiday season.  As he promised, we were able to move back home in early February.  
We could not have asked for a more professional group.  Bud and his team truly care about the craftsmanship of their work - they are attentive to every detail and take the time to do it right.  In addition to their commitment to quality, Bud was committed to completing the project in a timely manner as he was sensitive to the impact the work was having on our working family.
At the end of the day, we are thrilled with the new, 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home that we will be able to raise our family in.  Bud's commitment to his clients is second-to-none and I would not hesitate to use him again in the future for jobs big or small.

Bud and his team were excellent.  We have used them for several renovation projects and are always satisfied with the work performed.  He renovated a full bath in our basement, including tile (floors and shower), vanity and toilet and all essential plumbing.  He and his team are reliable and skilled and we would without question use them again for any future renovations.

Project happened in one day and we are very happy with the work provided. They spent a lot of time making the existing grade better and were very professional.

Solved and diagnosed the problem quickly. Will have to come back and do final repairs in the spring when everything thaws. But they stopped a regular stream of water from flowing into our living room.

We did not end up using them because of their high price. It was detailed and he was very professional.

Last year, we hired Bud Garlasco Builders to remodel the front of our house.  We were so satisfied that we hired him again this spring to renovate our basement.  Once again, Bud did not disappoint.  Bud and his team are highly skilled, hard working and reliable.  The entire project, from the initial proposal to the final stages, was well thought out and expertly executed.  Even the scheduling of supply deliveries and subcontractors was organized in such a way that not a moment was wasted.  The project was completed way ahead of schedule and we are thrilled with the results.  We have recommended Bud and his team to our closest friends and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We started by interviewing 5 general contractors for the job, soliciting ideas for the job, assessing experience, competence and general references.  Unlike the rest, Bud was always punctual, always professional, always with good ideas and references.  Bud?s administrative team was on top of the bidding process with a professional, detailed quote that memorialized all we spoke about in detail! Bud just put us at ease from the moment we met him. Bud brought together a group of professional subs that were as responsible and passionate about doing the right thing as he was!  The job was completed earlier than expected and on budget.  The entire process went smoothly; I was always in communication with Bud and his foreman and never left in the dark.  We?re proud of the end product and are planning to bring Bud back in for a basement job.

THEY WERE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY ALL AROUND. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THE PRICE WAS ALSO EXCELLENT. THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEY CLEANED UP WELL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
