"We started out with a budget just for the kitchen to repaint the kitchen cabinets, replace the flooring with porcelain tiles, redo the peninsula, use quartz for the counter tops, add recess lighting, and center the lighting fan. Into the job, based on Harvey's excellent advice, we decided to get new kitchen cabinets, have Harvey and his team build storage cabinets above the new cabinets instead of having a soffit built in that open space. We also had a pantry rebuilt by Harvey and his team as well. Lastly we had the peninsula changed to an island with cabinets added underneath as well. Also, we decided to redo the small (powder) bathroom on the main floor. Harvey and his team were awesome. He was very patient in allowing us to make changes to the original plans that turned out quite outstanding. His team always showed up early for work. The quality of the work was simply outstanding. Instead of half doing things like what we got with the Home Depot contractors in years prior, Harvey and his team took things back to the studs and made sure the things were built the right way. I now feel very confident about what is behind the walls and how the work was done. I will attached pictures of the kitchen and bathroom by next week. We are still putting things back into the new cabinets now and etc. We are extremely happy with the work Harvey and his team did. We intend to use them for a few other projects in the future. If you're really thinking about having work done on your home, I would highly recommend that you speak with Harvey to have his team come to do an amazing job for you as well. He will work with you on to provide competitive pricing. In the end it's all about quality work that you can feel great about. We feel great!!!!!!! :)"

"Eddie Costa and his ETC Home Improvement team are the only general contractors I will work with. I have used ETC many times over several years, and I am never disappointed. Eddie is my general contractor for several rentals and my home. He put a beautiful kitchen in a shore rental, does every aspect of the construction bringing in great plumbers and electricians, too. Eddie aligns his work and subcontractors so it goes fast. He brings in locally constructed kitchen cabinets that are beautiful. Eddie is just finishing a home office addition and master closet for me, and it turned out perfect. Finish carpentry by Carlos is amongst the best I have seen. I can’t say enough about how professional Ed is, and all the team he brings in. His prices are very reasonable for the quality you will get. For major projects, you will not have to hires anyone else, he has the best on his team. I recommend Eddie and ETC at the highest level."

"I recently collaborated with AVSTEP for various home improvement projects, including roof repair, patio door replacement, electrical work, ceiling recess light installment, new flooring, curtain rack installation, water pipe replacement and ceiling replacement. I am extremely pleased with their work. AVSTEP's expertise in roof repair was evident as they efficiently addressed and explained the issues, providing me with confidence throughout the process. The patio door replacement was seamlessly executed, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality. Their electrical work adhered to the highest safety standards, and the installation of recessed lights showcased their modern design sensibility. The new flooring, curtain rack, and ceiling replacement projects were executed with precision, adding to the overall appeal of my home. AVSTEP's attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to quality make them my preferred contractor for future projects. I highly recommend AVSTEP to anyone seeking reliable and skilled professionals for their home renovations."

"Gary helped us to create options for our kitchen and 1st floor renovation and stuck to the plan offered to get it all done."

"Scott came to the rescue for our total home interior renovation project! He installed the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and several windows. We were amazed at his attention to detail. In addition, he had some very creative ideas that really made a difference in the final design. Scott is a true craftsman, who takes tremendous pride in his work. I would grade him well above other contractors we interviewed; not only on price, but also by visiting their project sites. Scott produced a better final product on his own than the other contractor sites we visited that had a staff of 3-4 people working. If you're looking for a quick-fix solution in record time, I would look elsewhere. If you have the time to have a quality contractor turn your home project into something special that you will enjoy for a long time, then Scott is the guy."
