"Rodrigo was AMAZING!!! Can’t say enough positive things about him from our very first interaction. He was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. We had him sand down and Restain our hardwood floor in the house we just purchased here in Tampa. His price was good and it was so obviously that he’s a hard worker who cares about getting it done the right way! Thanks so much!"

"Mike and his team did an excellent job. They installed a new tile backsplash in my kitchen and they also installed new wood flooring. The did a great job and everything looks awesome. They were quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. I would absolutely hire them again!"

"Over the past several years we have contracted with Joe to lay stone, repair the roof over our deck, upgrade our kitchen and bathroom and most recently install laminate floors. In each instance we have been extremely pleased with the end product. Joe's team does a great job and we have found Joe's prices to be very reasonable. In addition to the quality of the work, Joe is also very helpful offering suggestions as to which products to choose, how the work should be done, etc. We thank our lucky stars when we came upon Joe's name on HomeAdvisor. I would highly recommend him."

"They are very professional I am in love with my floor I recommend them"

"Robert was always on time for our meetings. He did a great job of showing us different options on the floor. He finished the job on time and went above and beyond working with the area rug cleaning company for their re installation. I would highly recommend Alterio construction."

"Very pleased with the service. The owner, Chris, went out of his way to answer all of my inquiries with detailed explanations and suggestions. He also made sure, every step of the way, that the job was done to my satisfaction. And it was! Punctual. Professional. Office staff were courteous and efficient. Alex, who prepared proposals for all of the work, was professional and efficient. He also had an uncanny eye for detail, and picked out some things that my contractor had missed. So glad I had Sir Grout do this work to preserve my new ceramic floors and shower, and to provide some much needed restoration to two older showers that were showing some serious wear and tear. Excellent, competitive pricing. This company aims to please. I strongly recommend Sir Grout of Manasquan."
