He was here right at the promised time, did a very clear estimate of what needed to be done, and gave me a complete estimate for the total job. He had brought a new well bladder tank with him , the perfect replacement size. He worked very efficiently and took the extra time to tell me exactly what he was doing and how everything should work when completed. At no extra charge, he tested the water twice and again explained everything and answered all of my questions clearly and completely. At no time did I feel that he was rushing through the job just to get it done and move on to the next customer. "He was very congenial and I really enjoyed having him work at my house.  He did explain that he was not a carpenter by trade and a small portion of the work had to be touched up.  That is definitely more my problem than his.  I have no complaint about his plumbing work for sure.  However, his suggestions for fixing the hot water issue were a lot of money.  I have to explain, they were definitely consistent with what many other plumbers on line recommend to fix the problem.  Just by chance, however, I mentioned the issue to my gas company and they recommended a plumber who came out and fixed the problem in under 15 minutes for under $200.  So, the older plumber who had "been around" was able to "try a fix" that the more professional plumbers perhaps could not entertain.  So, generally, I like him a lot and would definitely use him again for regular plumbing issues."
