PlumberBoy was punctual, courteous, and effective. One note: I had other work I wanted him to look at, but he told me I was out of his territory, and he shouldn't have taken the job in the first place.

The service was provided on-time and he was very good at explaining some of the issues I was having (massive clogs from dog hair that was overwhelming my tiny, terrible filters). He provided candid and excellent advice as to my next steps and was very pleasant to work with. In hindsight, I'm not entirely sure he did much of the listed cleaning within the deal, but there were pretty massive issues with our furnace that warranted more attention before any other maintenance, so I have no complaints there.

Andrew was great, very informative. Helped me with some in related issues too.

Initially thought that the kitchen faucet needed replacing but tightening it up did the job. Had to replace the shower arm with a better one so that I could shower without bending my knees. What a treat being able to take a shower standing up. All worked out fine.

Awful. Toilet was replaced and he put the old top back on the new toilet. When I called him he said he threw it out. He then brought another one, white, when the toilet is ivory. He then shipped us the totally wrong one. Never told us, just appeared via UPS. Now he won't return emails or phone calls. Please be aware!

Called me back promptly and made appointment. Came right on time did the job and gave me an estimate for a bigger job. Very neat and polite.

Andrew was great.  He showed up a couple minutes early, which ended up being perfect as I was having a W/D delivered at the same time and the installers had a question.   He was very professional and worked quickly and cleanly.  He also was able to answer a lot of questions we had about the plumbing and about issues and future work we would like to have done.  We will definitely be calling him again.

I bought the $68 for 1-hour of plumbing services from Angie's List.  I scheduled time for Andy to come out and look at the faucet.  We went back and forth and had to reschedule a few times because we were hitting a really cold spell and I wanted to wait until it was warmer.  He came over on our scheduled visit, but I didn't hear the doorbell so I missed his visit.  He suggested I contact him in the spring when it got warm again.  He came back out a few months later as scheduled, and fixed the faucet.  All in all, was really happy with his services and professionalism, especially since he had to make 2 trips.  Highly recommended.
