"For our home addition/renovation we are very grateful to have found Richard Connolly and his site iCornerstone. Our vision was a Two-story + basement + livable attic space home addition which would provide significant practical square footage to our existing house and integrate seamlessly with it. We interviewed a number of general contractors but we were overall a bit uncomfortable after the interviews due to gaps in transparency regarding how costs were calculated and how timelines were established, resulting in some lack of confidence. "Lou Toppia was just the expert I needed. Not only was I expecting him to refinish my hardwood floors, I was asking him to come in and work miracles to repair the damage done by another contractor who had a damaged machine created wavy distortions to my floors. Lou made them look beautiful again! He was very honest about what he could and could not make perfect and his work always exceeded my expectations. Lou was careful to keep his work area very clean, cleaned up after himself daily and protected my other living areas by sheeting off the rooms he was refinishing. The final finish is so beautiful, with four coats of satin urethane, I think they look better than the factory finish. I would highly recommend Lou to anyone in need of hardwood flooring installation or refinishing."

"We hired Roberto and his team to install drywall in our garage. The work done was great and it exceeded our expectations. As well, Roberto was very accommodating with us when we had to reschedule a start date due to issues I had getting the building inspector to sign off on my prep work. There was one minor issue that happened during the drywall install process, Roberto was able to fix the issue the same day and kept everything on track. He even helped us install a door afterwards. 10/10 would recommend Roberto and his team and will definitely be going to them in the future!"

"Morgan Exteriors went above and beyond!! Their professionalism and expertise from the first initial call to Josh, on site estimate by Lou to the final measurements and all questions and concerns answered by the install Manager PJ. We had questionable weather and the two installers were running a little late. They arrived at 11:30 AM and had all seventeen windows installed by 4:45 PM! These two gentlemen were are very experienced and have many years under their belts and they are employed by Morgan Exteriors and have been for many years, it showed. That consistency, workmanship and professionalism completely convinced me of Morgan Exteriors warranty not just on the windows but the workmanship of the install. This took the fear of some of these other window installer businesses away completely. What I didn?t want is a company who installed a certain brand of window and that company hired inexperienced contractors not to be heard from again. The final project came out spectacular!!!!"

"Minuteman floors came to my house in 5/30/25. I was requesting a quote to have my kitchen hallway and laundry room to have the linoleum removed and new flooring put down. He quoted me 2,510.00. He told me I would have to pay 50% so he could order supplies. I received an invoice via email for 1,255.00 which I paid via credit card on May 31. On the contract the estimated install date was 6/20-6/22. On 6/11 I received a call stating he was running behind due to the rain and he d called me in the beginning of the following week. I heard nothing from him so I called 6/23, 7/1, 7/2,7/10 and 7/14. Either his voicemail was full or I could leave a message which I did when I could get through. I never received a call back. On 7/3 I received an invoice for the remaining balance. On 7/1 I emailed the email where the invoice came from stating I have been unable to get any updates in my order and I wanted to cancel it. She assured me Stephen would call me back which to date he never has. I would like my 1,255.00 back and my order cancelled."

"Overall, the finishing of my basement went pretty smooth. The Owens Corning product, drop down ceiling, and flooring are all really sharp. In the beginning everything went fast and smooth with the framing and wall/floor/ceiling install being done within 2 weeks. There were some hiccups with minor imperfections, tv mount in wrong spot, etc. Those were fixed promptly. After that is when I ran into issues with other items in my contract that were not taken care of and the project felt forgot about. Just had some minor electric work, stairs to get carpeted, and didn't receive hanging clips yet. I had to constantly ask about these items and every answer would be "I forgot to ask or send the clips". I eventually got the items completed, but am not happiest that it took almost a month and constant reminding to get these items that should've been scheduled for during the project."
