Not only was I expecting him to refinish my hardwood floors, I was asking him to come in and work miracles to repair the damage done by another contractor who had a damaged machine created wavy distortions to my floors. Lou made them look beautiful again! He was very honest about what he could and could not make perfect and his work always exceeded my expectations. Lou was careful to keep his work area very clean, cleaned up after himself daily and protected my other living areas by sheeting off the rooms he was refinishing. The final finish is so beautiful, with four coats of satin urethane, I think they look better than the factory finish. "We hired Roberto and his team to install drywall in our garage. The work done was great and it exceeded our expectations. As well, Roberto was very accommodating with us when we had to reschedule a start date due to issues I had getting the building inspector to sign off on my prep work. There was one minor issue that happened during the drywall install process, Roberto was able to fix the issue the same day and kept everything on track. He even helped us install a door afterwards. 10/10 would recommend Roberto and his team and will definitely be going to them in the future!"

"Because we were going away for an extended time, and insulation work by others had to be completed first, we had to schedule drywall workday NH Projects under a rather tight time frame. Despite uncooperative weather (lots of rain slowing the drying time), they managed to get everything done as needed, working around other scheduled work they had. "Minuteman floors came to my house in 5/30/25. I was requesting a quote to have my kitchen hallway and laundry room to have the linoleum removed and new flooring put down. He quoted me 2,510.00. He told me I would have to pay 50% so he could order supplies. I received an invoice via email for 1,255.00 which I paid via credit card on May 31. On the contract the estimated install date was 6/20-6/22. On 6/11 I received a call stating he was running behind due to the rain and he d called me in the beginning of the following week. I heard nothing from him so I called 6/23, 7/1, 7/2,7/10 and 7/14. Either his voicemail was full or I could leave a message which I did when I could get through. I never received a call back. On 7/3 I received an invoice for the remaining balance. On 7/1 I emailed the email where the invoice came from stating I have been unable to get any updates in my order and I wanted to cancel it. She assured me Stephen would call me back which to date he never has. I would like my 1,255.00 back and my order cancelled."

He came out and looked at the project and I had a quote within 2 days, he showed up when he said he would and completed the job in the quoted timeframe. I would diffidently hire him again"

He refinished some existing wood floors, matched and installed new hardwood floors, and his uncle installed some luxury vinyl tile in the bathroom. He did such a wonderful job that we also hired him at our own newly purchased house to refinish existing and install new hardwood, and again his uncle installed tile in our entry.
