My experience with Landry Wood Flooring was excellent. The refinished 40 year old wood floors are beautiful. Everybody that sees the wood flooring, for the first time, makes a similar comment. They were prompt, did what they said they would do, professional, and excellent pricing. Only negative comment is that they didn't tape off the white floor molding before staining wood floor. The molding will require touch up. Intend to extend the wood flooring in the future and will be calling Landry Wood Flooring to do the installation.

The floors are absolutely stunning

We are very happy with the work they did . I had my doubts because my floor was in rough shape since their around 50 years old and marks and indents I didn t think would come out . It looks absolutely Beautiful and so shiny !! They were very friendly and gave us accurate instructions and we couldn t be more happy ! I just purchased a new home and the floors needed to be redone. I also needed to time the job to happen over 4th of July week. I chose Landry based on the thoroughness of the information they provided, how to schedule it, and cost. They showed up on time the first day, and were quickly underway. They communicated all the way through, so I knew when floors were drying, etc. They finished exactly on time. And did I forget to say - the floors look amazing. There were several deep scratches and very worn areas, and you would never know it. Hiring Landry Wood Flooring was the best decision I made in the home purchase process. Excellent quality and professionalism all the way through!

Landry Flooring installed my bedroom floors in late June 2018. I called them in Sept. to inform them of a few of the boards were defective (chipping and potential for slivers). I was told they would come and repair the work - that they guaranteed their job. But Landry was too busy when I reached out to him - he said he would get back to me. I had to reach out again in November - again they were too busy. Rick Landry then asked if they could come the week of Christmas to fix my floors. This was not a good time for us as my 1st grandbaby was born 12/15 and the holiday was right around the corner. I gave him a window of time from 12/29 to mid-January. He never responded. It is now almost April and he has ignored our calls and emails. I WOULD NOT HIRE LANDRY FLOORING as they do not guarantee their work.

Landry Wood Flooring has been great to work with on our replace/refinish job throughout our downstairs after some water damage. We also had them install new flooring in another part of our home and replace our stair treads. Rick, Emery, and their crews have been great to work with and do very high end work. Can’t recommend them enough and are looking forward to hiring them again for some outdoor decking improvements.
