Not only was I expecting him to refinish my hardwood floors, I was asking him to come in and work miracles to repair the damage done by another contractor who had a damaged machine created wavy distortions to my floors. Lou made them look beautiful again! He was very honest about what he could and could not make perfect and his work always exceeded my expectations. Lou was careful to keep his work area very clean, cleaned up after himself daily and protected my other living areas by sheeting off the rooms he was refinishing. The final finish is so beautiful, with four coats of satin urethane, I think they look better than the factory finish. "We hired Roberto and his team to install drywall in our garage. The work done was great and it exceeded our expectations. As well, Roberto was very accommodating with us when we had to reschedule a start date due to issues I had getting the building inspector to sign off on my prep work. There was one minor issue that happened during the drywall install process, Roberto was able to fix the issue the same day and kept everything on track. He even helped us install a door afterwards. 10/10 would recommend Roberto and his team and will definitely be going to them in the future!"

Despite uncooperative weather (lots of rain slowing the drying time), they managed to get everything done as needed, working around other scheduled work they had. He refinished some existing wood floors, matched and installed new hardwood floors, and his uncle installed some luxury vinyl tile in the bathroom.
