Gene and Jennifer arrived at the agreed time.  They covered Everything with plastic sheeting, removed (and replaced) all our deck furniture before they began working on cleaning the roof.  The cleaning process took about 1.5 hours.  They were through and the roof looked good when completed.  I would use them again.

The service was performed very professionally and done well.  Extra care was paid to protecting the shrubs and plants in the area of the roof drip line.

Renew roof showed up on time as promised. They explained to me what they would do and how they would do it. They covered my bushes and plants to protect them from the chemicals. There was absolutely no damage from the treatment. They went about their business and quickly removed all of the stains and streaks from the roof. I had unsuccessfully tried to remove the stains myself prior to hiring them. It was a relief to have someone else dealing with work that is high off the ground. They were professional and I would recommend them for cleaning roofs. I don't know how their cost compares to other companies. The black streaks made my roof look much older than it is. This is a lot of money to me, but it makes my roof look like new and it protects the roof from damage from growth of moss. if it prevents the streaks from coming back, I will be pleased.

It went great.  Gene was professional -- took care of covering everything.  Left the work site as he found it.  The price was as he quoted without deviation.  Came back for follow up checks to make sure the cleaning chemicals had done their job.  Was very easy to work with.  Highly recommend him.
