Jones Brothers was very prompt in responding to our initial inquiry. Someone came within a day or two to look at our roof. We asked for an itemized, prioritized estimate and they were very willing to accommodate us. They sent us separate estimates for each part of the overall roofing job we needed to have done, so we could pick and choose according to what we could afford and what needed to be done. Once we sent in our agreement and an initial down payment, Jones Brothers came within the time frame they had indicated. They got the job done within two days. We are very happy with their work and would have no problem hiring them again.
