"Overall, the finishing of my basement went pretty smooth. The Owens Corning product, drop down ceiling, and flooring are all really sharp. In the beginning everything went fast and smooth with the framing and wall/floor/ceiling install being done within 2 weeks. There were some hiccups with minor imperfections, tv mount in wrong spot, etc. Those were fixed promptly. After that is when I ran into issues with other items in my contract that were not taken care of and the project felt forgot about. Just had some minor electric work, stairs to get carpeted, and didn't receive hanging clips yet. I had to constantly ask about these items and every answer would be "I forgot to ask or send the clips". I eventually got the items completed, but am not happiest that it took almost a month and constant reminding to get these items that should've been scheduled for during the project."

I wanted a deep soaking tub and he tried contacted numerous companies and found just what I wanted. Although he was hired to remodel the bathrooms when I asked if he could do something to stop the rain and snow from landing on my front step and turning to ice in the winter he accommodated my wishes. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a contractor. In addition to their great work ethic (always on time in the morning and stayed to finish a project rather than leave at a certain time) they were always friendly and just very nice people. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. I can’t say enough good things about them and have no complaints."

I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "
