"this is coming from someone whom didn't pay her bill, we went above and beyond way beyond what the insurance company was paying for. the roof system was not vented we performed that task of adding sofit vents again something the insurance company didnt cover. the issue with the window was clearly explained to the homeowner we can reseal the window if that does not work then its defective and will need to be replaced perhaps a warranty claim? my work redone? you would be the first in well over ten years that has made that statement. have a good day."

"Please allow me to clarify these issues. the original damage to the ceiling located in front of the living room fireplace caused by ice back up on the roof. this area was approx. 18" x 36" after we replaced the insulation above and added new drywall we attempted to match the existing textured ceiling unfortunately the outcome wasn’t what we hoped for. Given the time of year it was extremely difficult to find a painter to do a small project like this. At that time there was a balance due to my company of over 3,000 I explained to the customer if you find a painter before I do to match the textured ceiling please deduct those charges and send me the balance they agreed . To this day no monies have been forwarded to my company. As far as the window we explained in great detail numerous times we can re tape around the window add proper caulking however if the window should leak again the window is defective and will need to be replaced this was explained many times the window leaked in the winter from condensation we resealed this in September. I was never contacted or informed the window leaked again. I’ve apologized for the textured ceiling not coming out good we made an attempt to get the job done in a timely manner and not to inconvenience the homeowner. As far as the window is concerned it needs to be changed the inner seals may be defective? but not as a result of my companies efforts. I’ve built a very successful business this type of response is unfortunate but my history speaks for itself. Best wishes to all."

"There was no written estimate given to{removed name} rather a verbal estimate of an average cost we see for bathrooms projects that include plumbing , electrical and carpentry work. Yes Laconia NH. has some tough guidelines for issuing permits related to bathroom renovations. It is my responsibility and any contractors responsibility to make the customer aware of these challenges.
